Order Processing

All orders placed on Painkiller.care are processed during our normal business days.

Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding holidays)

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Any order placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping times may vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor the delivery of your package.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping options for customers who need faster delivery.

However, please note:

Orders placed after 12:00 PM MST may not qualify for next-day fulfillment, even if expedited shipping is selected.

Orders received after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • High shipping volumes
  • Incorrect shipping information

Painkiller.care is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or external factors.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Painkiller.care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it before your order is shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages
